Been coming here for 3 years! It’s my favorite cafe in the area with the best chai lattes ever. Everyone is so kind and quick at making a drink or food. The sandwiches are great, too.
A small but might shop! My colleagues recommended Blackstone and I have been getting coffee here almost every morning! Not only is the coffee GOOD, but the staff are the NICEST, warmest people behind the counter. This attentive and welcoming vibe makes all the difference, unlike some coffee shops in the neighborhood. They know my order and preferences, the egg salad is delicious, the wraps are plentiful, and they're quick, too! Highly recommend!
Our club placed a large coffee order in advance and the manager Ray could not have been more accommodating. The order was ready right on time with a very generous amount of condiments: regular and fat free milk and supplies: cups, stirrers, sugar, sweeteners and napkins. I made a second visit to confirm the order and Ray greeted me by name after having only met me once. I was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service.
