I come here multiple times a week for my morning matcha latte & banana bread fix. The matcha lattes are consistently good + heavier in the matcha; no one wants to pay a pretty penny for a milky matcha latte. 😅 I'm hard pressed to think of a bad matcha latte from this location...it's just impossible, ha!
The staff is incredibly kind & always remember my name, which is wonderful in such a highly-trafficked midtown location full of many fellow office workers vying for their daily caffeine. It definitely makes me feel welcomed!
Above all, the price is right. Where many places have higher prices for matcha lattes (which given our economy + high rents, I totally understand!) it's nice to get a 16 oz. matcha latte for less than $5.
I love this location + it's well worth stopping by if you live, work, or commute through this area. 🙌🏻

I had the pleasure of having David as my barista today, and he is such an efficient and outgoing person, he welcomes every individual with great energy. Even if you seem to be having a bad day, it would be turned around with simply this encounter of getting a drink of your choice. I got a matcha paired with a chocolate croissant and this was made perfectly. 100% will be coming here more often!

If you typically drink Starbucks, then yes this is a step up. But there's way better coffee within 5 mins of walking from this location if you want the extra effort
I got a wrap and a large iced pistachio latte. The latte was good but expensive for what I got. The wrap is very small and is not worth the high price tag. Employees were nice and apologized for the wait, even though I did not say anything. I would probably come back for a cheaper coffee and a pastry, just not a wrap.

Sipping my perfect pistachio latte while writing this… Where do I even start?! Darren, Clover and the whole blank street team at this location are truly such special people and the most amazing baristas ever. They have incredible energy that uplifts you the second you walk through the door, they make friends with the regular customers and coming in every day is truly the highlight of my day. You can tell when people love their job! They memorized my order, remembered little details about me and they all work together so well. Darren is leaving to serve our country soon and I need blank street to hire him in corporate as soon as he’s back, he is everything any great organization would need in an employee.
On top of their amazing personalities, they make the most perfect coffee ever (and I’m picky!) they are such a testament to the Blank Street culture and I truly hope someone sees this and gives them a raise because they really deserve it!!
