Customer service was awesome! Kim was super helpful and answered all our questions about the drinks.the other barista (didn’t catch her name) was also so pleasant and thoroughly explained the drinks as well. Very nice crew of workers, got the cookie and crème matcha and it was great!

Great drink I go all the time and still will go. Although not to this one shop as one of the two staff today were not nice as had issues with my blank street app and they asked for my phone and took from my hand to check something. I don’t feel that is very polite and should be nicer to the customer.

The drink was delicious as always, but the service left me disappointed. I had a free drink voucher, and when placing my order I accidentally said “strawberries and cream matcha” instead of “strawberry shortcake matcha.” The barista responded in a very rude tone “strawberries and cream doesn’t exist”, so I quickly corrected myself. They groaned, quoted the price, and when I mentioned my free drink voucher, they abruptly canceled the order and told me I needed to say that before ordering—again in a rude manner. The entire exchange lasted less than 30 seconds, but it felt unnecessarily unpleasant. I understand I made a small mistake, but the level of hostility was surprising and made the experience uncomfortable.
