Friendly and knowledgeable bartenders in a super laidback and casual environment. Prices are comparable to other bars in the area. Because of its proximity to MSG, it tends to receive event crowds (so it almost feels like there are a lot of theme nights). It's good for groups and individuals (so don't worry if you're riding solo).
Terrific Irish pub. Very traditional. Fast efficient service, friendly staff, delicious food. No credit cards accepted, but there is an ATM inside. When our waitress saw me use the ATM she took $3.50 off the bill to accommodate the ATM fee. Would definitely recommend this place for a warm, relatively quiet, delicious bite to eat within a 2 minute walk from Penn station.
