Very nice ambience; food average, steak definitely not close to PL, Benjamin, S&W etc. ; reception was friendly and courteous but our server was not, not sure if he was inexperience or just have an attitude. For instance, he would come and ask if everything was alright but before we could respond he was already walking away and this happened the whole night. Was hoping to add BLT to our list of regular UES neighborhood restaurants but probably not.

The main room is noisy and the table seating is tight but the steak is always fabulous and the popovers are fun and delicious.

Had out of town visitors in and took them to BLT. You guys hit it out of the park.. Lobster Diavolo was sublime. The steaks were perfect. All in all an A+

Angie our server was amazing, great communication and friendliness, definitely knew about the coursing and timing of the food. Andre who closed us out was very knowledgeable with the dessert menu, made us laugh, and feel well cared for.

I went to BLT Prime for my birthday and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly. My party and I ordered the Porterhouse Steak and when I say this steak was amazing, it was so delicious! Everything was great and I got complimentary desert for my birthday. I would definitely go back to BLT Prime!

Everything was nice. It seemed to me that the server could have used more help. It looked like he was waiting every table in the upper section of the restaurant. He did a GREAT job handling everything but another server up there might have been nicer. The food was really tasty. I just wish it would have come out hotter, it was warm enough to eat upon being served. I personally don't mind having my meal cool a little in front of me. Andres our server was terrific. The drinks were very good as well...

Unfortunately our waitress was not pleasant and one of the entrees came out cold. When it came out from being reheated the server made comment that the food was scalding hot but it came across very passive aggressive.
The AC was too much for me. It was warm outside, but I was freezing the whole dinner and I was wearing 2 leyers

We had a delightful evening experience at BLTPrime. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We ordered the Caesar salad, filet mignon, Delmonico steak and a special Wagyu beef dish. We also had creamed spinach, mushrooms hens of the woods and mashed potatoes. I highly recommend it.

BLT Prime left me underwhelmed. The steaks, while flavorful, were disappointingly chewy and lacked the tenderness you'd expect at this price point. Service was fine but nothing memorable. Overall, it felt more average than exceptional. Not terrible, but not a place I'd rush back to for another meal.

In town from Miami. Had an excellent experience. The food was outstanding and the service great. Like most upscale restaurants in NY a bit pricey, but worth the trip.
