We have loved BLT for years, but on this night the service was pretty substandard. The staff is all very nice, but it was pulling teeth to get service. The restaurant wasn't that busy and the food took an extremely long time. I think they perhaps forgot to put our order in because I saw people who arrived after us being served. At the very least they could have simply updated us on the delay.

Food was good but my "medium rare" hamburgera huge disappointed. It was totally over cooked, was only about 3/8" thick, and I could barely cut it with a fork and knife. Pate with crispy bread and popoovers were DELICIOUS!!!!

Last night I attended blt prime and not only was the service amazing but so was the prime rib . Prices were on the high side but our server made the effort to make a friends birthday special. Food tastes fresh and I was very happy with the establishment .

Our server, Thomas, was great - attentive but never rushed us. We were seated at a table in the back of the main floor that was quiet and private. As always, the steaks were excellent and the popovers were a treat. If you're a tuna purist, skip the yellowtail carpaccio appetizer. The spicy toppings totally masked the flavor of the yellowtail.

On a recent trip to NYC, we went to blt prime for dinner. Every person at the restaurant was professional, friendly, super helpful, and knowledgable. The food was fantastic, everyone loved their dinner! The lobster Cobb salad is a must-have! They have a great list of cocktails - I recommend the Mora Mora! The management staff were attentive and present around the restaurant - and came around and checked if we were ok. I highly recommend blt prime!Dietary restrictions: One person in our group has a severe gluten allergy. The staff was very informed about what items on the menu they could and couldn't have - and if they weren't sure, they checked with the chef. Everything was delicious, and no gluten exposure! Would definitely recommend...
I had requested a quiet table when I made the reservation and we had the perfect spot in the back. Our server and all of the people who attended the table were top notch and very solicitous. Our meals were very good. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

There was a wonderful Steak Frite Special for $50. Only on Mondays and a Tuesdays in January and February. Too bad it is over! Everything I clouding a nice sized glass of red wine was super delicious. Lovely atmosphere and great device! My friend and I enjoyed it immensely!!
