Despite being a chain, Blue Bottle serves some of the most consistently delicious coffee in the city. Unfortunately, this location has service issues I haven't found in other locations.
Came in to refill my take-home cold brews. The server wasn't even aware they sold them. Then, she declined to refill my existing glass bottles. This was odd because their Broad Street location never made an issue. So instead of taking 30 seconds, I had to wait several minutes for her to find, fill, and label new bottles.
A bit frustrating when you have a train to catch and it could have been way easier for everyone. I hope this location will start train its staff to exercise common sense and not be flummoxed by reasonable requests.

I used to love this place ever since it was open while back. But when I stopped by last week, one of the waitress was extremely rude as if she didn't want to work. I asked her a few question but she was very unprofessional and seemed like she had nothing to do with coffee. Her whole attitude from start to end was like she was treating a customer like a cockroach. She was very slow and almost threw my coffee at me. And sure enough the quality of the coffee was extremely bad like a deli-grade coffee. No idea how she was hired at the first place and how this store educates employees. Never go Bryant Park location.

The coffee tastes good. The staff are also very friendly.
The use of chairs in the store is almost impossible.

A place I went to 5 years ago and stopped by again. Then and now, the store is still kept clean, the staff is friendly, and the brownies are quite creamy and delicious. Never order a latte with low-fat milk. I made a mistake and it was so tasteless.
