Not really a cappuccino man, except that I'm appreciating the Maillard effect more than I used to, plus the "equalizing" effect of inflation makes it more enticing! This was needed after having breakfast in my room sans caffeination made me sleepy again.

My chocolate ganache latte was excellent. The cashier seemed annoyed with her coworkers and her demeanor towards me was short and unfriendly. The young lady, who actually put my drink together, was very bubbly and the third co-worker was just a little too unprofessional for a coffee bar. She must’ve discovered something disgusting and did not realize I spoke Spanish because she was describing graphically what she had discovered.
