Cha Cha Matcha is a charming and cozy spot known for its delicious matcha drinks and friendly atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the helpful staff, who are knowledgeable and genuinely care about how the drinks are made. The interior has a cute vibe, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a quick stop. The menu offers a variety of matcha options, including the Pistachio cloud matcha, which many consider the best they've ever had, with a smooth taste and savory pistachio cold foam. Other drinks like the purple drink with ube, lavender, honey, and whole milk are visually appealing and flavorful, though some find it slightly watered down. The matcha itself tends to be earthy and grassy, especially if not sweetened, but customization with non-dairy milk and sweeteners is available. Customers often mention the warmth and kindness of the staff, feeling welcomed as soon as they arrive, which adds to the overall positive experience. While the location is small and seating is limited, it is praised for its quick service and prime location, making it ideal before catching a train or during a busy day. Overall, Cha Cha Matcha is a favorite for those craving a quality matcha and a friendly, cute environment.
