Coffee lukewarm, long waits, ill tempered and overworked staff, stale pastries. Far from a premium experience.

A bit crowded sometimes but good coffee, tea, and snacks.

Coffee was clearly over priced, not to mention the terrible attitude of the white male barista with curly hair. He took my order multiple times and never paired attention to my words. He replied in sarcastic tone like I never could afford such pricy coffee. He mistaken my name into a completely different name. When they finally realized they messed up with the names, the coffee has been sit there for a while and was watery.

Lots of computer people working hard and selflessly taking up all the seats, but the coffee is really good.

Coffee is great but today’s service was poor - ordered a breakfast item - the person at the checkout counter missed it , when I reminded him , he wasn’t sorry at all for missing the order - actually was offended I pointed it out

Coffee was amazing !

To whom it may concern. I had a hot NOLA I. Several of your stores for $ 5.65 + TAX. Today I asked at this store and a not so welcoming Asian male employee tried to charge me $ 6.00 + tax. NO WAY!! I’m not paying this store increase because their rent is high or because they have to pay more electricity due to A/C. Be respectful with your customers.

Decaf cappuccino is quite bitter. Price is way above nearby cafe. The atmosphere is nice though.

The coffee is pretty good, mostly, besides the fact they serve you iced coffee in a paper cup with no straw. I think its time to go back to plastic for this type of drink. They are super expensive, always were. The space inside is ok, not a great vibe and you can sit outside as well. Not a.lot of options in that area.

Fellow Aussies are all over NYC coffee like flies to roadkill. But not all Aussie cafes are true blue. This is as NYC as a Cafe gets. From the pretentious uncaring welcome, the equally pretentious airport minimalist ambience, while 80s rock blasts incongruously, the mediocre coffee that's been fussed over like its the birth of the last koala on the planet, to being (literally) yelled at to come back into the almost empty shop to return my cups to the DIY bussing area...how very NYC...and all after paying $12 for the 2 coffee pleasure. Nyc is full of genuinely Aussie cafes serving great food and coffee (citizens of Chelsea/Bleeker, blank street for example). These owners may have the passport, but they've acclimatised unhealthily.

Sue & Abby stole the show!!

This is a hidden gem of a spot in new york city especially if you are in the Morningside Heights area and love coffee, awesome service and super chill ambiance — Blue Bottle is a must.

This coffee spot has a truly chic atmosphere — modern seating, sleek tables, and warm, inviting lighting that gives the place a cozy yet upscale feel. The vibe is stylish without being pretentious, and the staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming energy. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to linger in with a latte and good company.

Will definitely return!

P.S. - check out the pic of this awesome Cherry Blossom Latte!! It was totally deelish! 😋☕️🍒

Such a cute coffee spot! The coffee is really good, and I love that their oat milk is gluten-free — a small detail that makes a big difference for me. I just wish they had some gluten-free pastries too!
