Restaurant was too small and crowded to enjoy. The tables are on top of each other and you cannot even get in without sitting on the table next to you. The food was good, but our server got our order mixed up. I asked for no tomatoes three times. Guess what , I got tomatoes. It was not really a big deal. I took them off, but I asked for lettuce and I did not get that. The waiter did bring it over. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium. It was medium well. My sister ordered her burger medium well and got medium rare. There are a lot better places to go before a show.
Pre theatre and we really enjoyed the food and the servers and staff were lovely. Will definitely return!
All of the food and cocktails here were amazing! We also got a taste of one of their appetizers for free from the manager! Couldn't recommend this place more!
Service was outstanding. From the moment we walked in. The grilled octopus was a great starter and our burgers were delicious. Really nice space and great staff. Very attentive. Definitely will go back.
The food was absolutely amazing. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time and our waiter was a joy to have. Very attentive, great personality and very happy to assist. We never wanted for anything.
Amazing food, very cramped bordering on uncomfortable seating (unless you score some seats at the communal table) prepare to be sitting on top of your neighbor and hopefully they are not fighting. Pre-theater, the menu is perfect but the environment other than being close to where we needed to get to, was squished) Go after the rush has ended and enjoy.
Food is the highlight! Everything was outstanding! Get the mac & cheese balls - they are huge, the buffalo cauliflower bites - a winner, and the short ribs!
Really good food. Tasty and interesting menu. Accommodated our gluten free requests without complaint.
The Blue Dog is a small space but the food is fantastic! Hubby and I shared the chicken dumplings (very flavorful with a delightful ponzu sauce) and the spinach artichoke dip (generous portion with rosemary crostini - staff were quick to bring us extra crostini when it was clear we were going to need a few more). Hubby ordered the bouillabaisse (he loved it - said the seafood was incredibly fresh and the base soup was incredibly good) and I had the chitarra alle vongole - a square cut spaghetti with clams in a light sauce (the chimaera was perfectly cooked al dente and the clams were sooooo good). We had a terrific meal and had a nice chat with a couple sitting next to us. This is a small restaurant so be prepared to be chummy with the neighboring tables. We will definitely be back - need to try the grilled octopus and the braised short ribs. Highly recommend!

Food was okay we got several appetizers :Mac and cheese balls(very good and tasty), deviled eggs(bland for my liking), crispy rice salmon(rice was too crispy), chicken dumplings(excellent) and guacamole (needed more flavor). I also got the scallops dish, if scallops are on the menu I always get it. But this was very chewy and the sauce around the rice was very sour. Manager told me he would take something off the bill but he never did. Also, they automatically add the gratuity on the bill for parties of 4 or more. There were 4 of us. Our waiter was not very attentive to us. We had to ask to see the dessert menu and then again ask for the bill.
We didn't know going in that most of the seating is at one long table in the center of a very small room. It was tight, especially for the taller members of our party. That said, the food and service were great and we enjoyed our meal.
The variety of the menu was exceptional. The food that came out was a five star presentation. Highly recommend the s'mores pancakes and Oreo waffle for the table on top of whatever you order.
Food was good (for brunch) but this is a very small space. We ended up a "family style" type table with other groups right next to us which was a bit odd and felt cramped. Service was OK but the smoothies we ordered didn't come out until our meal was basically done. Chicken abd Waffles, Oreo Crusted Waffles, and Blueberry Pancakes were all excellent dishes. I might go again solo or with 1 other person but it wasn't great for our family with 2 preteens.
A really pleasant experience. Amazing staff/service. Food was yummy. Small place and was packed, felt tight, and fairly noisy, but I'd go back.
