The food was great and the variety of coffees and drinks was exceptional. I am really big on service though and it was meh. I had to ask 3 times for limes for my water and water was rarely refilled until the end of the meal. The 2nd coffee my friend ordered took quite a while, I think she forgot about it - (the server). The food was good and the ambience was nice but the service needs improvement.

Came here for my daughter's 15th birthday dinner before a show. Very small and packed inside, but a cute ambiance. Our server, Carlos was amazing, very attentive and the food was SUPERB!!! So much variety, wonderfully flavorful and came out nice and hot. Our group ordered apps, pastas and burgers and everyone loved their meals! The hostess confirmed a birthday and they brought out a cute birthday brownie decorated for my daughter. This place is a little hidden gem and we will definitely be back!

We love the food at Blue Dog and the staff is wonderful. It's a small restaurant with great style. My only complaint would be the noise level. When the restaurant is full it can become difficult to hear each other. A suggestion: turn the music off when it's crowded. We can't really hear it as the place fills up so it becomes a distraction in the background.

We were pretty disappointed. Nothing was BAD but I’ve been a couple of times before and the food is usually good. We ordered a steak salad which was small considering the price. The fries and our burger were room temperature which feels a bit unacceptable considering the price. Also, they gave us a little amuse-bouche which was potato chips with ranch dressing- a nice gesture but when I asked the server for a side of the dressing with our entrees he said “I’ll see if I can go all the way to the back and find some” which was obviously passive aggressive and, as a server myself, totally uncool. We spent nearly $200 and we were completely underwhelmed by the quality and service. As a server and a manager in fine dining, probably won’t be coming back. Unfortunately it feels like this spot has become like all the other midtown spots- they get the foot traffic so who cares about the quality? Bummer

This place is Amazing!!! They were extremely catering to our needs. From the moment we walked in it was an extremely friendly and inviting environment! We booked a large party of 10 with Travis and he was so accommodating! Juan our waiter made sure we all were taken care of even with our party of 10 arriving at different times due to traffic. The drinks were flowing and the food was on the table within 10 minutes of ordering it!! Now let’s talk about the food and drinks! We went for brunch items and everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented! The bar drinks were perfect! We enjoyed espresso martinis and Proseccos for our table! The Blue Dog has superseded our expectations, We are already making our plans to return! Thank you to everyone at The Blue Dog for making our experience extremely enjoyable💙

This is my third time coming to the blue dog, I usually come to get breakfast and is absolutely good. Love the French toast and the healthy smoothies. Agustin is really great, very nice and attentive. He deserve a raise!!!!! Definitely recommend the place and be coming back soon.

First time at The Blue Dog and enjoyed everything I had. My Moscow mule was just strong enough, but not overpowering. Salmon was cooked perfectly, and of course had to finish off with a brownie sundae and another Moscow mule hahah. Agustin was especially inviting and polite. Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. I enjoyed the space alone and was (consentfully) sat with two other girls that I shared conversation with. Will be stopping here again! Possibly for breakfast :)

Despite a miscommunication between the host and the kitchen regarding the closing time, Agustine ensured we were well taken care of with professionalism and grace. He handled the situation seamlessly, showing great attentiveness and respect. Additionally, he took the time to introduce us to some dishes we were unfamiliar with, enhancing our dining experience. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
