Tiny portions. Not suitable as a meal. I should have just gone to DIG.

For a $15 vegetarian plate, it was basically a rice bowl with a sprinkle of veggies. Barely any brocoli or cauliflower. $3 extra for the sweet potatoes. Mostly rice/couscous in the bowl, you can see it was one forkfull of brocoli and one of cauliflower.

Very disappointed. Definitely NOT worth it for $15.

First visit, and likely my last!

Roasted Chicken & Cauliflower was packed with healthy, nutritious goodness—loving the crispy chicken, tangy pickled onions, and that creamy hummus! Blue Park Kitchen delivers every lunchtime hero MealPal could want.

Blue Park Kitchen nailed their Roasted Chicken & Cauliflower bowl! The combo of juicy chicken, healthy roasted cauliflower, and zesty pickled onions over fresh greens hit all the right notes. Took my MealPal lunch to the next level.

Order from Uber eats and not very happy. The promo is very misleading. It states buy 1 get 1 free for build your own, however it’s a specific bowl to order. Why have that in build your own ? And not just that specific order. 2nd, all I got was rice and quinoa. The toppings were barely added to the dish. It was a dry meal of rice and quinoa. Super unhappy- wanted to try somewhere new and I regret it

Blue Park Kitchen is always my go to when I'm coming through Grand Central (and FiDi :). I love the flexibility of making my own bowl since I try to eat gluten free - I especially love the chicken crispies (gluten free!!) the lemon ricotta and roasted chickpeas. They are great at accommodating food allergies and I'm in and out as fast as I want. I'm grateful to have a spot that serves healthy food that never gets old. The people who work there are so friendly -especially Keisha who recognizes me every time I come in!

We need a Blue Park Kitchen in Brooklyn :)

A standout for healthy food in midtown. Everything I've had here so far has been flavorful, fresh, and made with care. There are so many spots like this in the area and they don't even come close to the thoughtfulness of Blue Park Kitchen. I had a salmon bowl the first time, and it was super moist and not overcooked. Wonderful selection of veggies and tons of sauce options (the pumpkin pesto is AMAZING). Will definitely keep coming back.

I use MealPal and this is one of the best options in the neighborhood for the app. The food is fresh, high-quality, pick up is fast and easy and the portions are decent for a reasonable price.
