Allen was serving double duty as the manager and waiter. I watched him seamlessly making everyone feel like they were the only person in the restaurant and provided exemplary service with a smile and contagious great energy. Our previous dinner plans got messed up, so we pivoted to our favorite NYC restaurant and had another exceptional experience with the best food in the city, and the nicest wait staff.
