Last time I gave this place a 5 star all around the place was a little tight but the food made it cozy.. I’m sorry but this time I’ll have to edit to a 3 Star overall to Update future customers .. I cannot lie the Food is Really Quality.. raised they Prices (Still was cool) but the owner or Employee that was on the Register last night! Was out of this World Rude. (As you can see still thinking about it the Next Morning) …. I don’t wanna seem One sided but I ordered A blue road Burger and Fries .. I thought he got my full Order the Way he Rushed me off to the Next customer .. but when my food came only the Burger was on the Tray I didn’t notice to look at my Change because I Gave this Guy a $50 dollar bill I calmly asked the cook where is my fries .. this dude yells at the cook TWICE for trying to prepare some Fries for my burger.. insisting I only paid for a burger (Yelling Over Ordering Customers!) like I didn’t just hand him a whole $50 that he “checked” first clearly when he totally missed my Order .. then yells at his staff for trying to fix the Problem.. Embarrassing in front of Other customers but add to it Tells me to calm down after letting him know he messed up my order, now my Burger 🍔 is luke warm Fries is Hot .. and he’s moving with a fast pace / Attitude and doesn’t pay me no mind no apology nothing just takes the money for the Fries and moves on .. whatever happen to the first employee the cool chubby guy with Glasses when I originally gave my review.. bring him Back for great Customer Service this place is gonna need someone way better in the long run (this is why reviews are important and why I rush to them before dining at any establishment) .. even great food can feel Disgusting once the Vibe is Disturbed for something so Senseless like some Fries for my burger ?? Can’t be serious. And they raised they prices.

I was skeptical at first because before BlueRoad had opened Mikeyy’s Burger had lived in the heart of the lower east side. But after taking a risk and multiple recommendations, I faced my fear, This place is amazing! The tator tots HIT! The burger HIT! the service and how the server and chef checked in on the burger experience was appreciated.
If you ever in the lower east side, stop by BlueRoad Burger.

Max made me a burger last night that rocked my world, it was just so perfect and pure. Great guy too, had a good chat with my friends and it was close to closing time too, so we appreciated it! Definitely coming back here asap! My new favorite burger in the city!

This is by far the best burger spot around. The owner is so kind and is working so hard all the time. Super nice and is always there.
The burger quality is incredible and the patty is SEASONED PROPERLY. A lot of places hide behind their sauce to make the burger flavorful but here, the sauce is as good as the patty.
Tarot tots are ALWAYS crispy and salted properly. I’ve never had a bad burger here and I’ve been several times. I’m completely addicted. Onion rings are NEVER soggy and so yummy.
Secret menu items are also fire. Their chicken bites are some of the best I’ve had?? Again, SEASONED PROPERLY and juicy, not at all dry.
Food is 10/10!! Very friendly and easy to order! Max is amazing and the jalapeños are spicy! If you want spice - ask for double jalepenos maybe triple but with that the food is amazing!
