The woman making the drinks was SO rude. I used to come here every morning since my office is in the building. I accidentally ordered to the Bryant park location today and she practically yelled at me when I tried to politely ask if she could help me get my drink in the next 15 mins since I had a meeting I was rushing to. After yelling at me and telling me no she said she would deign to make me a drink if I left her a review. When I asked if it would be in that time frame she yelled “forget it get out of here!”So, here’s the google review you asked for. And I didn’t even get my drink.

Interesting to read the other review on understaffed as I was hoping our experience today was a one off. I've been a big fan of Bluestone since the launch and we've been visiting the ones on Madison this trip and in Brooklyn. We found this one by chance today and stopped in.The lady was on her own and our coffee wait was more than 25 minutes. There were 2 couples seated and one was waiting for food to accompany their coffees, no one else. The lady had to jump between making peanut butter, jelly, banana sandwiches back to coffee, then to make an omelette and back to coffee. Then onto avocado toast and back to coffee. All the food prep needed gloves on also. It was crazy for one person. Eventually she called out to those about to start the order process and said she was on her own and had a bunch of orders, so there will be a delay. 3 parties then left. If we'd known beforehand we would have left too.This location doesn't look setup for someone to take orders and ordering is done via a large touchscreen. Pre-ordering would be the only model that could work here, so we won't be back to this one. ☕
Am a fan of bluestone cafes but not this one … wanted an avocado toast and they put a poached egg on a toast and gave it to me… I had to come back and ask was it a joke ?

Visited here after a pleasant experience at BL in Hudson Yards. Unfortunately this experience wasn’t so good. The lady serving told me she didn’t understand what I was asking for. Apparently I wasn’t saying Mocha correctly, however nobody else during our visit had a problem with how I was saying it. There was very little seating downstairs so we started to go to the additional seating upstairs to be told that upstairs was closed. There were no signs to this effect. Overall I found the staff to be slightly rude
