Whatever your employees are getting paid, it’s not enough to have to keep explaining to people all day that they have to order online.
You take away the customer service experience, which some employees might appreciate if not for the fact that they still have to talk to confused and irritated customers all day anyway to explain your system.
A sign on the kiosk saying “order here” couldn’t hurt. A sign outside saying “no cash, order online” seems obvious...read full review
