Stopped in for lunch after a harbor cruise. Food was excellent (specifically, chicken and avocado and turkey club sandwiches were awesome). Server Carol was awesome. Great experience all around

One of the only options in this area for all chelsea pier activities. Hope this place continues to stay successful because it is a greatly needed option.

Carol was great. The truffle grill cheese (add the poached egg) was truly the best

Will definitely be back! Had a dine in order (great service from Carol and Angie) and a to-go order of Milo which I hadn’t had since I lived in Australia!! :)

The coffee is great, they have gluten free options which I love and the best part is the kind, attentive staff who look genuinely happy and spread the positive energy.

The staff are always friendly and the food is good, which is why this is frustrating to write. The biggest issue is the wait time. Whether it’s takeout or dining in, during a busy weekend rush or a quiet weekday, the food consistently takes much longer than expected.

I’ve waited close to 40 minutes for something as simple as a chickenwrap while dining alone during a slow period. After multiple visits, it doesn’t feel like an occasional bad day. It feels like there is a deeper issue with the kitchen workflow or operations.

I keep coming back because the people are nice and the food is solid, but the wait times are noticeably longer than comparable restaurants. Something just feels off, and it has become hard to ignore.
