Although, born and raised in the BX and Harlem, I live in the Bay Area, CA 34yrs. I'm visiting fam in Harlem and they took me to BLVD Bistro. The food and service, exceptional! Love, love, love the greens, fried fish, yams, mashed potatoes and sausage gravy 😋
