we had a party of 8 and sat upstairs where our section was other large groups. It seemed our waitress was only in charge of this section which I felt was why our service was so slow. Other than that the food and drinks were good!
First time here, it was lunch so maybe quieter than usual. Really cool decor, great service, happy hour lunch, don't usually have drinks at lunch nor cocktails, usually wine. My cocktail was amazing.
Restaurant was fantastic. Service even better. Great menu of food and drinks. Will definitely go again when I am back in town!
Good solid place with excellent service. Acoustics a bit challenging (but we were near a big party). Recommend for a good meal!
This place is amazing, never misses, the food is impeccable and the service 10/10!!! I will be back again and again
The ambiance at The Ragtrader was fantastic. We went here after a theater show and the place was hopping. The salmon was delicious, and the service was great. Highly recommend.
Bring back the pizzas at lunch - they were the reason we started going to Ragtrader. The lunch menu needs them back
Limited current vegan options on menu.
They had two vegan options. One was a hummus plate and the other cauliflower steak. I took the steak and it was delicious. Unfortunately it’s 21$ for only cauliflower with some sauce. Without fries, potatoes or anything. I had to order fries with it, otherwise it would have not been enough for me I think. But it tasted wonderful and the fries were good as well. They came with three sauces, but only the ketchup was vegan.
Such a gem in a part of town I wouldn’t expect this

Music was wonderful…food was average…service was terrible. They came at the beginning to “welcome us and remind us that we had to leave before 8pm”. And yet there was little to zero attention after that. Many workers hung out by the entrance chatting when we were waiting to be served. The manager who greeted us obviously a prima Donna. Told them on Resy it was my birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it. Had to ask for drink order again as they didn’t offer to take our order. Had to wait for a long time to pay (even had to ask for check) and got up to leave and finally they came. Enjoy the music…not the drinks, not the service, and expect nothing (not even a happy birthday or happy anniversary) even if you tell them. A mediocre NYC experience. There are so many place that are so so so much better! Will not be back.

We visited Bo Peep on a Saturday night at 9:30 pm as part of a birthday trip to NYC. We had an amazing time. So amazing we returned on Sunday night. Saturday night was a more rowdy crowd, more sing alongs and dancing. Sunday had a more jazzy, blusey feel. All performances were amazing - singers and pianists. Would absolutely return. Thank you, Erin and Jean Marie. You our experience extra special. I appreciate you both!! Also, Foxy Lady drink was yum!!!

Music is good but really loud. The service gets really slow because the waitresses alternate between waitressing and actually singing. Steak tartare was very good
