Seems to be a common trait for old school “legacy” ish steakhouses to have that stuffy arrogance from the service staff. Nice authentic place with decent steaks. Nothing phenomenal.
One of my favourite steakhouse in New York.
As always the food was delicious! We shared a variety of appetisers, including a shrimp salad, calamari, very tasteful bacon and mussels. Next I had a sizable bone-in ribeye which was so nice with the roquefort sauce in the side, accompanied by some side dishes like French fries, hashbrowns and spinach.
Just loved it! Hoping to be back in the not too distant future!

My lady and I were looking for a nice steak house with a warm ambience and we were not disappointed. Walking in the host was very nice and we were seated promptly. The service was outstanding and that's an understatement, very respectful with nice banter and getting our food on a timely manner. We had the Calamari for starters and it was wonderful, and we had the porterhouse for two and it was cooked to perfection and nicely priced. The sides we ordered were perfect portions...
