It’s so hard to find vegan mooncakes anywhere in the US, so when we found this place a couple years ago, it was such a find and we have gotten mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival every year ever since. Highly recommend! Updated from previous review on 2025-12-30

I brought my family here and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The standouts were the BBQ veg meat, bbq pastries, char siu. I would pass on the soup dumplings Updated from previous review on 2025-12-11

Haven’t had Chinese in a really long time because there just isn’t much in my neck of the woods but this was 10/10. Best I’ve ever had for sure

a must try for vegan dim sum in nyc! i came here on a sunday with no reservation and they found space for us despite it being quite busy. the menu is very extensive and it is so hard to choose which dishes you want. we ordered the xiao long bao, shrimp dumpling, char shui bao, and crispy duck. everything was delicious! the service was lovely and the food was so cheap considering how much you get - definitely the cheapest vegan meal i had on my nyc trip. i really recommend this place and can't wait to come back

Being gluten free and vegetarian, I can so rarely have any Chinese food, let alone dim sum. It was so delightful and delicious to be able to have so many menu items!! Such a wonderful meal and shockingly affordable, too. (So used to the huge up charge for food that I can eat!) Can't wait to return.

We had low expectations since vegetarian and kosher is difficult to pull off, but we were all pleasantly surprised. They had GF options too, and lots of them. Service was fast and precise. The tables were a little too close to each other, so it was difficult to hear the people on the other end of the table at times, but all in all - a wonderful experience. Don't miss the pea leaf dim sum.

I don’t know how have they gotten such a high rating. Not sure if these are real. The lady who eventually own this place was extremely rude all the time. This place even has a mandatory tip of atleast 20% of your order. And no, they will not reduce that. If you are here, you are force to pay the tip, even if you really don’t like the service.

The lunch offer is really good. Plus, you can finally have a fully vegetarian Chinese meal, which is rare. The selection is huge. I highly recommend it for the taste and atmosphere.

I’ve been coming to this favorite spot in Chinatown for a while, but what happened this time was horrible. I even brought a relative who was visiting New York, and a light-skinned Asian waitress with glasses treated us terribly — she was practically yelling at us while taking our order. She was extremely rude, and it was obvious she was judging us because we spoke Spanish. What a terrible experience — my guest was shocked.
