Small place for takeout. Was craving bahn mi and got bbq pork. Pork was really tasty. would get without mayo next time given fatty pork. Pickled carrots were not very or at all pickled (which the sandwich really needed). I’ve had a lot of banh mis and can’t tell you what is authentic or not but not my favorite type of bread. It’s like an old school French bread. Yes there is a crust but it’s not crusty. So no real crunch from crust, more chewy. Not my favorite style. Not sure about trying other things. Could not find the words “nước chấm” anywhere…

Great fresh and homemade food prepared by friendly staff. The Bahn Mi Saigon and the Dumpling Soup are my two favorites. TK the owner is always friendly and takes pride in offering some of the best food near Grand Central.

I placed a lunch order for pickup and wow i was impressed! I tried the banh mi Saigon and it was the closest I’ve had to when I tried it in Saigon. It was filling, delicious, and reasonably priced. Will have to return again soon!

Great spot if you’re craving a báhn mì and are around the area. It’s not amazing but it hits the spot and I’m always happy to support small businesses doing their best.
The iced coffee is the highlight for me, always delicious! I wish they sold it in gallons 🥤
Service is always friendly and fast.

Tight busy spot at lunch... I was on the search for a good bahn mi and got the spicy tofu - delicious. Have to wonder if they moved up from NOLA - Zapp's everywhere...

Very mid pho when I got it last winter. Would not choose this place for vietnamese unless I really had no other option. Not cheap either. Takeout only.

This is a small hole-in-the-wall mom and pop shop that offers tasty food. They offer pick-up service only. Ordered the banhi mi BBQ pork and it has excellent flavor and the bread was good as well. Thought it wasn’t going to be enough to keep me full, but was surprised I was not hungry at the end of the day. Great value for a good sandwich at less than $11 in midtown. Tip would be to get there before noon or order by phone because there will be a long line.

Very small take out spot. Most people order inside then stand around outside for their food - someone walks out and asks for ticket #
Most people ordered the banh mi, which I should’ve done. I got the rice bowl with grilled chicken ($11.50 cash) - pictured.
AVOID and never ordering again - the chicken is pre-grilled then BOILED!! Absolutely inedible without the hot sauce, which still can’t cover up the dry/overcooked flavor of unmarinated chicken breast. The rice with lime sauce was the only thing worth eating
