Cinco de Mayo Reviews
They have the best tacos and burritos
This Mexican restaurant is tucked away near my hotel. I came here for a quick bite after a long day of walking, and it did not disappoint. Their chicken burrito with extra guacamole was absolutely massive and incredibly tasty.
I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Good food good service. Had the beef tacos and they were all all very flavourful. A great choice around the area for later night foods that's fuss free.

Cinco de Mayo is a restaurant located in NYC that offers a genuine experience with its hole-in-the-wall ambiance. The food is fresh and made quickly, making it a great option for a lunch break. Their Al pastor tacos are a popular choice, priced at $15 for three soft shell tacos, and the chicken tacos are also delicious. Customers have praised the dishes for being incredibly fresh, well seasoned, and generously portioned. The restaurant also offers burrito bowls and a Cinco de Mayo plate, both enhanced by their delicious salsa verde. The steak in a bowl and chicken salad have received positive comments for their good taste, though some find the burrito bowl not quite top-tier. The staff is very friendly, displaying kindness and problem-solving skills, and they remember regular customers' orders. Cinco de Mayo is reasonably priced, especially considering the freshness of ingredients and generous portions. Delivery is available, including adorable mini carrot cake muffins as a treat. Despite being mainly a take-out place with many orders, the service remains quick. Seating can be limited across the street, but the authentic Mexican street food menu, great flavors, and friendly service make Cinco de Mayo a solid choice for those seeking fresh, flavorful Mexican food in NYC.
