Absolutely recommended! The service is outstanding. In addition to the excellent service, we were given the "classics" to try for free. The relaxed atmosphere is a bonus.

Great chicken great value pretty good service. Don't tell anyone so you can keep it all to yourself and no one else can enjoy it because you're bitter and don't want anyone else to know because then you'd envy them even more.
Anyway, great chicken

I used to come to this Bon Chon location often back when I visited NYC. I haven't been in the area for 8 years, and I was very much looking forward to lunch at the place that set the bar for Korean chicken.
It's not the same. Bon Chon has opened in Michigan, and it's either designed to look like fast food, or maybe 2* dining. Bon Chon in NYC used to be 4* in my book.
The soy garlic chicken remains excellent, but the lychee martini has changed and not for the better. The inside now feels and looks dated, and the music is too loud, which I suspect keeps patrons from staying too long.
Service used to be top notch, and now it's far more casual. Side dishes used to have more variety, and they've been whittled down. Bit of a shame. COVID changed a great many things, and not for the better.
NYC is all about innovation, in with the new and out with the old. I really hope Non Chon can bring back their A game, because what I saw was a shadow of its former self.

I have not been here in a while because the chicken got progressively drier and drier. The service is quick and it has a decent atmosphere but the chicken was just too overcooked.

Love ordering from this bonchon! We had an AAPI event this week to celebrate Lunar New Year in the office, and we ordered catering online and my coworkers went in to pick up. Everything was well packed, the food tasted great, it was a hit at our event! We also got some free items added which was awesome (onion wings and drumsticks in a new flavor we didn't order), friendly staff and great service! I got a call from Bonchon to confirm the number of utensils we needed which was very nice of them.
We had lots of wings, fries, potstickers, corn and fried rice! Everything tasted sooo good and I'm definitely keeping this place as my top order spot for future events too!
Vegetarian options: potstickers were great! corn and fries too!

The chicken is dry and chewy. Feels like they served us old left over chicken that was then heated up and then dabbed in sauce. Jolibee's chicken is much much better. Service was good though.
