Wait staff is super slow. Even if u have a reservation someone will get seated if they arrive before you. We ordered the Seoul sampler and we almost didnt get it served bc they were out of corn and they wanted to scratch the whole thing. We asked to change the side and only then did they agree. We sat down at 5:55 and the food didnt come out yet til 6:30. While everyone who was sat after us were getting theirs. We asked our waiter abt the status of our order and it finally came out. It was warm. Our waiter did not come check up, give us napkins, we didnt see much of him. i had to ask other servers for these things. But when it was time for the bill to come out he was very attentive. The food is terrific. I wont take that away from them. Servers are sub par.

🍗I ordered the fried chicken via DoorDash, and I was genuinely impressed! It was extremely tasty and surprisingly still crispy by the time it arrived at my door. The restaurant was also incredibly thoughtful the complimentary dumplings were a wonderful and sweet surprise. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the kimchi side dish: the portion size could be more generous, if possible. Overall, this was a delicious and thoughtful delivery experience!✨

It's also not as crowded since it's across the street from KTOWN and not directly in that strip. One thing that did throw me off was the fact that they charged extra for radishes(TWICE!) when we dined in.

Food? 10/10 although a tiny bit pricey the flavors are all amazing for the wings! 🙏
Service? 6/10 fast BUT I had to call the server 4-6 times to remind them of my water and napkins, and being that there were only 10-15 customers or so that night I shouldn’t have had to feel like “I” was bothering them.
Overall don’t hesitate to try them. 💯

Surprisingly good little snack stop! Wasn’t super hungry so got a small order of wings and some drinks. Bartender recommended yangnyeom sauce and oh boy was that the winner! Super crispy, fried perfectly, and sauced like a boss!

Solid place for Korean fried chicken, and good value on the lunch menu. Easy to order online & pickup in store. The chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside & they give you a really solid amount of food between 6 wings & fries for the money on the lunch menu, often with some free extras thrown in. One of my go to lunch spots in the neighborhood if I'm eating out.
Food is good. Bon Chon is known for their soy garlic chicken. I've came in here a couple time before and service wasn't this bad before. I walked in and was not greeted. As I stood by the counter multiple people came in behind me was greeted, handed their orders, or even sat down while I stood in the walk way and still not helped. I waited 15mins before I asked the host were they taking orders, and she replied give me a minute we're busy. The host Sat down 5 tables in 10 minutes and still nothing for me as she walked around me. Finally I had to ask the other host after another 10mins of waiting. I don't know if I looked like a delivery guy or something but this is crazy. Even the delivery guys was in and out. I would come to this bon chon restaurant again.

Great service! Placed a large delivery order and when it arrived, one item was missing. After calling, the manager sent the missing item and it was delivered quickly and they even threw in some dessert and dumplings on the house.
