Very disappointed with the quality and quantity of food I received at Bonchon. I ordered 12 boneless wings for $20 and it did not taste good. Also, the portion size of the wings were the same size as nuggets but the price was exorbitant. Pre-pandemic, Bonchon tasted great, the quality was good and the size portions was good. But now in 2024, the price that I paid for and the quality and portion of food was disgraceful. Not my photo, but my “boneless wings” looked like that. Burnt and dry nuggets.

We ordered our food and were waiting for a while. We ordered 3 bibimbap bowls. Waited another 40 minutes before our food arrived. The rice and eggs were hot but all of the vegetables (scrambled egg, cooked onion, sauteed mushroom, and cooked spinach) around the dish were cold. Theyre supposed to be hot. My guess was that they had been sitting out the entire time. I quickly lost my appetitie. One person part of our party ordered chicken strips, not much flavor and pretty bland. Service was ok. Will not be returning anytime soon.

The chicken here is not the same quality as the Bonchons in Queens. I had a drumstick that was overcooked, overall flavor is also not there. Needs work on their sauce.

My 1st time there today, I ordered 10 pce of boneless wings. Took 34mins. An the guy in front of me was waiting 40mins. The lady came out an apologies they were under staffed. In future just tell customer before we order there is a delayed time. Don't have us wait hungry for 30/40mins. Food was ok but I don't think I'll go back after this experience.
Korean restaurant where the workers are not. The fried chicken menu and the house fried rice are very good. We ordered two things for four so that what happened to us in days past was that there was half left over. The beer is mediocre.

Over priced and strange meat in the dish. The kimchi pork fried rice I ordered had very little meat, and most of it was unchewable, fatty pieces. It might come from the parts of pig that supposed to be throwing away. I need to be carefully pick them out. Considering the price, $20 for a plate of greasy rice and strange meat is unacceptable.

Expensive food. I ordered 9 piece half wings half drumsticks and I only got 1 wing!!! I always prefer wings more than drumsticks. That was $20
Ordered bulgogi fried rice and it was so small, didn’t fill the container. Barely any beef at all. If they can’t give beef at least fill it up with rice. $40 for this meal. Chicken was crunchy and good but not worth it. Unsure if I’ll return

this was my first time getting bon chon in a while and probably will never go back. we got here around 7pm and it was completely empty. should’ve taken that as a sign. we ordered the 12 piece boneless for $19.99. we got soy garlic and you could see it was barely covered in sauce. some pieces shouldn’t even be considered a whole piece. It was disappointing. the bulgogi house fried rice was alright. the bulgogi itself had no flavor and it was way overcooked.

Horrible portioning. Food is just average Korean chicken.
Not even well seasoned. The chickens are half-bite sized.
The seasoning wasn't in the right place and the amount was very small. Please don't go.

The chicken underneath the coating has no flavor. It tasted as if they didn't even add salt or pepper. Without any sauces the chicken is just bland and crunchy.....

We love the chicken here! Crunchy and moist with amazing flavors! Plenty of other things to choose from. I'm always ordering extra chicken to take home.

My son and I stopped into this location for lunch on Saturday. I hadn’t had Bonchon in years but told him it was tasty. Upon arrival I was greeted by an host and told I can sit wherever we’d like. THE FLOOR WAS SOOO SLIPPERY! I glided to our chosen table and when I mentioned it to the host he completely ignored my comment. Floors this slippery especially in common guest areas cause safety issues. There’s no reason why there should be oily floors when the kitchen is completely separate from the guest area. Red flag number one. We ordered fried rice, boneless soy garlic chicken, truffle fries, and bonchon wings 1/2 soy garlic 1/2 bbq. The boneless chicken took FOREVER to be served and the fried rice was so dry and tasteless almost as if it were from yesterday. The boneless chicken was ok and the wings were definitely plumped not natural looking at all. The best thing was the ice cold water and truffle fries. The worker from the bar area who took our order and served our food was nice but not nice enough for me to come back and give them another try. Skip this place on your next lunch/dining experience- or don’t. You may slip and catch a lawsuit. I would NOT recommend.
