We ate here our first full day in New York. The food was amazing and the cocktails (The Gatsby and JohnnyAppleseed) were phenomenal. It was a beautiful serene spot for a couple or small group. Sitting areas that were private, warm, and inviting! Great view of the night sky.
Cozy rooftop bar in excellent Manhattan location. Reasonable selection of drinks and small plate menu.
We made a reservation a week ago, and put down a credit card to confirm. They acted confused when we showed up. The drinks and food were good but took forever. The staff were nice but seemed pretty overwhelmed though there were not very many people here.
Beautiful quiet place in the New York madness. Awesome finger food and good drinks. Pretty views from the rooftop. Would go again!
Looked forward to enjoying a quiet drink in a comfortable chair in a bar named Bookmarks - reading a book in front of a fireplace- but it wa just extremely noisy and uncomfortable.
Ambience and view was good. However service was very poor even though there were only a handful of other customers. They didn't have the advertised happy hour and didn't have 2 of the most popular red wines of the 5 on their list. The food was also not as expected.
We were greeted warmly and led to a comfortable and cozy spot not far from the fireplace. Our party of three had plenty of space for ourselves and our work bags. It was 4:30, so it was still quiet, and we enjoyed a cocktail hour together before heading downstairs to dinner.
The Rooftop Bar seemed cute and cozy. After sitting down our seats were very uncomfortable and there was a draft coming through the windows which completely surrounded us. the waitress never asked if we wanted another drink and we had to go find someone to get a check.

We hosted a holiday work reception in a private room, and it was such a comfortable and accommodating experience. The food and drinks were delicious, the space was cozy, and the staff members were super friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and polished without feeling stuffy, and it's a great spot to host an event! Thank you, Bookmarks!
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian passed hors d'oeuvres were great!

Very difficult to locate. No signage at all. Has potential to be really nice location, however, very very dimly lit. Only lighting was a single battery tea light. Fare was limited and nothing to brag about. Drinks were meh, again nothing to brag about. Service was mediocre and indifferent at best. Way over priced for services received. Place is very cool location. Need someone to one to actually try to make it a really nice spot.
The staff is friendly, quiet, and the view is great! I think it would be good to go when the weather is nice. And there are quite a few indoor tables as well.

OK rooftop, rv on Timeout overaccentuated the positives We changed tables early on outside to a better spot. We did however have to ask the waitress to wipe the table after she had cleared it for us Cocktails were fine. Don't expect a fine dining experience, just basic tapas/nibbles
Very chill, cozy space for chatting, reading or time-traveling via Doors or Books therof.
