It was our first and last time going to Boris and Horton since they are closing down :( We brought our 13yr old pug Dumpling to the last NYC pug meet at this establishment. He had such a great time mingling with the other pugs that attended, and everyone was so friendly. It’s a shame this place won’t be around because we would have definitely come back!
The place was adorable! I was confused by how the service worked but there’s a register inside the main section of the cafe that’s separate from the coffee bar. I was only there for a bit to get their matcha latte and it was not terrible for hot matcha. The cup wasn’t completely filled and had a lot of foam but besides that the matcha was beautiful green and tasted as expected. I wouldn’t recommend getting the hot matcha latte but I’m excited to check out their other...
