The Chef and the Doctor dinner with Chef David Bouley and Dr. Frank Lipman was AMAZING. It was fascinating to hear about Chef Bouley's time in Okinawa (a Blue Zone) and how fermentation is one of the common denominators among centenarian populations. He demonstrated some creative new ways he's using fermentation and superfoods- very very cool.

Went here for an event and although it got crowded quickly, the food, drinks, and staff were fantastic. The space is white, airy with lots of greenery and reminds you of a country house in the midst of Tribeca. I hope I get another invite to a space like this!
