My wife & I were walking to Avra, we stopped by this place to see what they have only to return after having dinner at the former place. Bought an almond croissant for over $6 & 6 chocolate rugalach for $14. The almond croissant is assembled from a regular croissant by slicing it in half as you would slice a bagel. Then, the almond paste is smeared in between. I didn't believe it was done that way with Maison Keyser or other places. Nevertheless, it's overpriced...
The Chocolate Rugelach is ridiculously good!!! Can't wait to try the Babka!
Update:
I’ve since tried, shared, and had some more Babka! Absolutely delicious. It melts in your mouth. So glad my office is across the street!
