The aroma when I walked in had me. The price is excellent for the portions and quality. When I tasted the flavors, my taste buds were overjoyed! The spices and dips are amazing! The service was just as pleasant! The staff not only asked if we needed anything else but they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Even bringing a sample of the delicious fries to our table, no charge! I didn't get the nice gentleman's name that catered to us on our visit but thank you and appreciate your outstanding service!!

Was the absolute best fast food joint in NYC…then they jacked up the prices while simultaneously cutting their portions in half. I even had a staff member apologize, saying that they understand why people are complaining. Such a shame, it wasn’t that busy before, can’t imagine it’ll last long now!

I decided to try Brine on a recommendation from a police officer, and I’ll admit, it’s pretty good! The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right, and the fries hit the perfect level of crispiness. While I wouldn’t say I’m absolutely craving to come back, it’s a solid option for when I’m in the mood for a hearty half-chicken meal. Their sauce is a nice complement, too. Definitely worth a visit when you’re looking for something satisfying and flavorful.

Hot diggity dog! My favorite place in NYC to go bowl-ing (so to speak). All their bowls are a strike! Or better yet... a TURKEY (poultry/bowling joke). One suggestion - should change the name from Brine to Brian, I think it would add more of a human touch.

Whoever runs this place needs to hire another person to help get the orders out — the staff was doing a great job (especially the person running the tickets) but they are SLAMMED during lunch. It seems really unfair because they are working at 200% and still behind, with lots of people waiting for their orders, or to even get cups and utensils.
Management, you gotta help them out!

The portions were large and very economical. The digital credit card ordering method was very suitable for a foreigner like me who has poor language communication. It’s really worth recommending.

But what really sets brine apart is the service: the staff hustle to ensure diners are happy. I’ve never visited a more attentive fast food joint; the staff recognize me (I am not famous, and I probably eat here once per month), always ask if I want more sauces, and they keep the store spotless. Kudos to the brine team!
