The aroma when I walked in had me. The price is excellent for the portions and quality. When I tasted the flavors, my taste buds were overjoyed! The spices and dips are amazing! The service was just as pleasant! The staff not only asked if we needed anything else but they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Even bringing a sample of the delicious fries to our table, no charge! I didn't get the nice gentleman's name that catered to us on our visit but...
I decided to try Brine on a recommendation from a police officer, and I’ll admit, it’s pretty good! The chicken was juicy and seasoned just right, and the fries hit the perfect level of crispiness. While I wouldn’t say I’m absolutely craving to come back, it’s a solid option for when I’m in the mood for a hearty half-chicken meal. Their sauce is a nice complement, too. Definitely worth a visit when you’re looking for something satisfying and flavorful.
Hot diggity dog! My favorite place in NYC to go bowl-ing (so to speak). All their bowls are a strike! Or better yet... a TURKEY (poultry/bowling joke).
One suggestion - should change the name from Brine to Brian, I think it would add more of a human touch.
