Great view of the city from the bar. Happy hour is 5-7 pm M-F for drink specials and small bites. My husband and I enjoyed drinks and appetizers after a fun day of walking and site seeing. Go early to get a high top table by the window!

Having decided to move for a night from the Holiday Inn Brooklyn downtown to the Crowne Plaza Times Square to just get the most from our Broadway Show without having to traverse the late night subway ride back to Brooklyn we decided to splurge on the Crowne Plaza. Arriving at 1815 left us little time to eat and have a relaxing drink so we decided to just use the hotel facilities. We are so glad we did. The buffalo chicken wings were devine and the charcuterie plate was just superb. That is all well and good, but Tony who served our drinks and food was a complete stand-out. His enthusiastic and friendly demeanour and his love of his city shone through. He is an absolute keeper for this hotel and he reflects great credit on himself and the Crowne Plaza. Thank you for such a fun and a fulsome experience. Because of Tony we will be back. Be proud New York, you offer amazing service and and make it a memorable experience.

I've been carrying this card in my wallet for a few years meaning to post something on here. I just couldn't throw the card away without putting something here. I had a great stay at the Crown Plaza Times Square and a big part of that was two staff members at Bar 49. Tony and Michelle took the time to visit with my mother-in-law, niece, and myself. We enjoyed getting to talk to locals and hear their stories about living in NYC. It was late one night and we were planning to ride the subway to the Empire State Building. MIL was afraid it wasn't safe, so we went and asked Tony and Michelle. They said it was safe to ride it there, but get a cab home. :) Loved this direct advice. They just made us feel totally comfortable and were more than just servers. Sorry it took me so long to say so!

Well we pretty much chose the Crowne Plaza Times Square to stay at during our honeymoon march 2020 because of the bar. We wanted a nice bar that we could hang out at when we weren't out wandering. Broadway 49 didnt disappoint. Excellent ambiance, delicious drinks and amazing food! Especially that Tuscan flatbread.

Awful customer service. Waited 48 mins to have someone come take our order after they told us they would be right with us. We ended up not ordering anything and just waited for our room instead and ate elsewhere.

This is my first time at this lovely restaurant, wonderful service with great food and wine, the Broadway 49 is conveniently located at my hotel.

We loved the bartender here- we think his name was Phillip and he said he had worked there for many years. He served us quickly, and the drinks were perfect as well as the artichoke, spinach and cheese dip with crackers. Yum.
