Placed an order via website 9 days before I needed a cake for a BD. Received order number. Showed up at Times Square location at time of scheduled pickup, bakery had no record of order. Checked online and saw the order had been canceled. I received no communication from the bakery regarding a cancellation. This is the morning of the BD. Great staff, friendly, perfect coffee, and their desserts are simply AMAZING!
Cupcakes weren't very good, tasted like they used Crisco for frosting. may have been an off day. but left underwhelmed.
