This place is wonderful for vegan cakes. And a few are also gluten free and vegan. Great customer service every time - the employees are genuinely kind and attentive. Great addition to Times Square!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

the staff is very nice and welcoming, however i ordered a tres leches cake and it was not tres leches. Instead I got what looked like a strawberry shortcake with condensed milk. The quality of the cake was fine, nice presentation but you shouldn't advertise you make tres leches cake when it is not actually tres leches. I should have known better as it's in times square....do NOT order tres leches cake unless u want an americanized twist to it

Passable cupcake, in a pinch. I got the red velvet: the cake was reasonably moist but the crumb was a bit coarse. The frosting was a bit stodgy for my taste, but not overly sweet.

Mia's still has thee best Blackout Cake in New York. This is a small spot that they opened up in Time Square. Now of course you hear Time Square and you think, I can't go there, there's no parking. Well here's the thing... Mia's so happens to be sitting in front of a taxi rest stop and a valet parket spot for a hotel. Now it's not legal to park there but I've been to this location at least 10 times. Only once did I not get a spot to park and do a quick run in. So this is what I suggest, try Mia's cakes which are phenomenal and so many chose from. According to my wife, they also have thee best cheesecake. Yes, better than Juniors but rivals that of that diner on Linden Boulevard near the Conduit. Don't remember the name. Maybe it's called the Linden Diner. Nonetheless, once you know what you love and they have alot to choose from... And if Brooklyn is out of your way (and I do prefer the Brooklyn location), just order the cake you want, with the Time Square location as your pick up spot (especially if you live in New Jersey). Give them a call, make sure your order is ready. Let them know that you are driving and will be running in to grab the cake and get out of there. The ladies there are beautiful and helpful. They understand how crazy Manhattan is. You can jump out your vehicle, grab that cake and be on your way in less than one minute and it's worth it!

The macarons were soggy, the shells had no crunch at all. The fillings tasted very overpowering and artificial. Product did not seem fresh, the cookies were mushy and fillings seemed congealed. They threw all 6 of the macarons on top of each other in one clamshell box with no dividers. Would not recommend.

A few weeks ago came here to try their cupcakes to see if I would like them for my partner’s birthday. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was originally going to order 12 cupcakes, but was told that the tres leches cupcake wasn’t part of the regular cupcakes. Which was very disappointing. Instead I ordered 6 and the additional tres leches. The creme brulee and tres leches were very good, not too sweet, perfect amount of moisture and to my surprise the crème brûlée had a custard which really tied everything together. The reason for the 4 stars is just simply because of upon picking up didn’t feel the welcoming and friendly environment. I felt like I was being stared at and everything felt like the ladies in there didn’t want to talk much. They weren’t rude, but the atmosphere didn’t feel the same as my first visit.Overall this place is worth a try and the location is very small so it probably fits 2-3 people at a time comfortably.

They have a tray with gluten free pastries and cakes. The tray is in the middle of the normal ones so there could be contamination. The place is close to Time Square, convenient for a sweet take away.
