First off too begin it was my niece birthday celebration and everyone party of 9 ppl first time there with high expectations our waitress was nice and accommodating but the wait for the food was very longggg we was tired of waiting we had to inquire about it and all the food was terrible we spoke to manager about the steak and how terrible it was we asked about the steak and she just explained that that’s how they make it she came off kind of rude for a first time experience was very disappointed about it !And won’t return

Last week, when dining out, we encountered a male waiter with an extremely poor and arrogant attitude. Despite reminding him that we were ready to pay, he deliberately ignored us until we signaled that we were leaving. We have decided that we will never set foot in that restaurant again. Even giving them a single star would be too extravagant.

I went here for my 10-year wedding anniversary and I could not have been happier with the service and the food the atmosphere did I say the food because obviously the steak was amazing but the true star of the show I have to say was probably Philly cheese steak dumplings they were amazing absolutely recommend

Walked in at 530 pm in a Saturday with no reservation. I was warmly greeted and quickly whisked away to a great table in a quiet nook of this beautiful establishment.The server was prompt, gracious and very knowledgeable about the menu. The recommendations we received were on point and they even expedited our meal to accommodate the train ride home. One of the best overall dining experiences I have ever had. Took myself to this location tonight for a solo date! It was amazing the ambiance it’s nice and dark , quiet conversations, great playlist, the food was so good I was fulfilled and my waitress was a pleasure speaking to. Would definitely recommend I would love to go in the summer and preferably with people!

This is my first time at Brooklyn Chop House . The ambience was beautiful. Felt like I had been to this place before. The food was amazing from the hanger steak to the sides. Everything was just wonderful and flavorful. The staff, hands-down was some of the nicest people that we have met they were really great on recommendations on what to get to eat . If you ever go to NYC, I highly recommend this place a 10 out of 10 for me.
