The variety of dairy substitute here is amazing. Not only they have niche stuff like hemp milk, they also make oat milk in the house. Matcha latte is rich and nicely blended. Pastries like croissant are from nice place like Balthazar. Everything is of good quality.You can get discount if you’re a pace university student. The only thing that’s a bit of a let down is that the line gets really long sometimes so I had to go somewhere else. But all in all great.
I was staying down the street and went there every morning, on the second day the employees remembered my name., Everyone was great. Theron (SP?) was super friendly and great to chat with. The coffee was delicious and the everything cream cheese croissant was heavenly,

Cute and cozy coffee shop. They make fantastic espresso drinks and their pastries are yummy. Americano and oat milk latte tastes so good, superior to some of the other local cafes and big chains. Staff is very kind. My go to spot when I’m in the area! Price is on the higher end but it’s worth it for good coffee here.
