Firstly, I understand this delicatessen is located in a trendy-tourist location. However, I had to try a highly rated deli/pastrami sandwich and a good Mexican taco spot. This was my first time being here. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and my husband had the cheeseburger - both with great flavor & seasoning. We shared Tater Tots - best ones we’ve had in a very long time! Also, ordered Dr. Brown’s Soda. You order at the counter. Then they give you a table # sign & bring the food to you. I went there to have about 5 people staring at me. I wanted a Simple pastrami on a roll or hero. .My ONLY selection of bread was marble rye or multigrain bread. I asked dont you have just white a roll a hero? They said no.
I got a hamburger 1.00 menu size roll. Where the person was slicing the pastrami into slivers. He was creating a mess with the dangerously dull as a spoon knife.... I was praying I wouldn't have to perform any 1st aid.
