The ice was really good I think there was good option of flavors, good location. the only reason I give 3 starts is because customer service was some what poor, the women had an attitude with me and my 80 year old grand mother who actually does not speak english so i was trying to translate and this women seem to be very inpatient and gave us a bad attitude about the size of the ice cream she wanted.
Located in the heart of Manhattan, very close to Times Square, this location of the iconic ice cream chain was serving decently priced ice cream to eat on a hot, muggy night. We ended up getting a large (which allows three flavors) for $8.50. NYC sales tax is 8.875%, which strangely (after living in California), seems actually low. The ice cream was great, and we were able to find some small seating in the back.
