It's a fun idea but the execution is mediocre. Automats don't work, you get charged extra for using a credit card even though there's no waiter. Sesame noodles have no sesame. Not enough vegetarian dumplings.

The manager is a real one. He takes pride in the business… Get the teriyaki smash burger it is amazing. You get a giant side combo of fries too if you choose combo. I like that you can pay ahead and then just leave when done. The ordering and pickup is really easy they just text you a QR code to scan at the kiosk and then your food comes out of an automatic window.

I had the Korean bbq beef and buffalo chicken dumplings with waffle fries. It was so delicious and the customer service was on point…shout out to Geo. Definitely would recommend grabbing a bite if you’re around 8 st.

No one greeted or spoke to me until another group came, he spoke to them then said he was sorry & asked if I was good. Ordered mac and cheese, Thai curry, and Korean bbq with waffle fries. Got reg fries (good) but still charged extra. I didnt say anything bc I was hungry. Dumplings were simply not good. Soggy and lacked flavor. Paid $28..Very clean. For how expensive it is eating out and every single place asking for tips, I want delicious food at least.

The food is okay but the service was weird. I called asking to get information on the amount of dumplings you get. I said "hi i would like to get information on your (the restaurant) dumpling." The man on the phone took it as me being sexual and funny and proceeded to say, "my dumplings?" I felt super uncomfortable and ignored him trying to be funny. Then I said, "how many dumplings do I get." He told me and I said "thank you." He then said, " I thought you were talking about my dumplings." I hung up. When I went to go and get my order, the man I assumed I had an altercation with was the one that met when I got the food. He stared at my mom and I getting the stuff and I ignored him. Also, when I got home the tow ice cream that I ordered were melted. someone put the ice cream with the hot food and put it into the heater locker. Very upset honestly! Super unprofessional!!!! Just because nyc is least professional and try to be chill with their services but hell no! Do better or this place is going to shut down. UPDATE: Just found plastic in my ice cream!! Such subpar food practiced.
