Amazing staff- we had good banter going on with them since they were closing and gave us undivided attention. The drinks were pretty good with a good strong tea flavor for the mango drink. But the best part we're the SHOTS- they are $4 dollars of top shelf liquor. Do come here if u need a fun pregame spot :)

I was honestly a little overwhelmed by how many options there are here, that I just wound up going with a basic jasmine milk tea. It was a bit watery. The prices were actually pretty affordable compared to most bubble tea I’ve gotten these days. They also serve alcoholic bubble tea which looked quite interesting. This place was okay but I’d probably pass on it if I were in the area again.Edit: it would be cool if the menu had suggested pairings for those of us who want to try something different but have no idea where to start

Bubbleology makes bubble tea cocktails that are absolutely delightful! The concept is so fun, the drinks are always well mixed, and the combinations are really creative and delicious. I’ve visited on twice now and it didn’t disappoint either time. The Downtown Daquiberry was particularly fantastic with the blueberry/strawberry combination.

I’ve been coming to this tea shop since before the pandemic and I have been wanting to review… but now that I have time I’d like to commend you guys for keeping up the consistency and being some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. My children and I feel Like family to the shop and alway have a great experience. My children have a nut allergy and the staff is always very reassuring that the drinks will be safe which they have been. We usually get bubble tea but decided on waffles today. I had no idea they would be as good as the photos look. Overall I love Places I can Count on to put a smile on my children’s faces. Thank you to the young ladies behind the counter.

Employees are friendly but take a REALLY long time to make things. I came here with 40 min to spare before a show and my bubble tea was given to me after I waited 35 minutes! I had only five minutes to drink it up! And it was very basic (not particularly good or special). There was only 1 other party in the store. The waffle + ice cream is humongous- that's a plus.

Just bad boba. We got an Assam milk tea and a chocolate milk tea. The Assam was watery and a drop of milk in it. The chocolate milk tea tasted like unsweetened cocoa powder in water. Super gross

I was really excited to try this place, but it ended up as a big disappointment :(. As I took a couple sips, i found an aluminum piece inside my bubble drink!!!!!! Looks like one of those sealants for med bottles. As you can see the lid is completely sealed. The only hole is the one my straw made. This is unacceptable!!!Side note, I ordered the peach berry specialty drink and from the few sips I had it way too much syrup.

Water basically water…. I even asked for light ice, didn’t get light ice…. The popping bubbles are good though. I wouldn’t come back tho.

Milk tea was watery and otherwise lacking in flavor. They were out of bubbles, which seems pretty basic for a place with that in its name. Judging by other reviews, this is a common problem and not an isolated incident. Prices are reasonable and they have an interesting selection of drinks and ice cream.

I wouldn't go to this place. The drinks here were ok not really anything to brag about. The customer service here is bad, I was waiting outside for 10 minutes and when I asked if I can come in the cashier just ignored me. I wouldn't go to this place again do to the lack of customer service.

got the harvest fruit punch - in line with what all the other reviewers were saying, the drink was overly sweet (even at 50%). the drink also tasted a little powdery/left a powdery aftertaste, which I'm not even sure how that could have happened given that this was a fruity drink. also very disappointed in the tapioca pearls, which were hard in the middle (I did put my drink in the fridge for two hours, but that shouldn't have been enough to harden the tapioca). overall, would not come back here for bubble tea

The drinks- the drinks are ok. I do recommend the peach berry, however, I paid for the tapioca and did not have any tapioca in there. The other four drinks were ehh, I’ve had better in surrounding areas. Not horrible but not what I was expecting. I was hoping to enjoy the waffles while I was there but unfortunately they did not have any?!? If this is what your establishment is known for along with the teas, I would hope they were available. When asking for recommendations it seemed as if the person couldn’t really give guidance or rather did not show enthusiasm for speaking about the drinks. When toldAbout the drink I wanted with alcohol I agreed to it but did not receive it.Staff- there is definitely potential. The attendant in the front has a good personality but her focus as well as the other members are about personal items. The individual training was great at talking about how to do the different teas and when uncertain the procedures to follow.I would have loved to give this place more but I waited extremely long for my drinks, they didn’t taste as expected and worse of all not sure if it was the enclosed pressure or the cup or combination but one of my drinks cracked as I was putting my straw in.Again this place has potential. Definitely love the bubble tea with alcohol idea as well as waffles but unfortunately those two areas were missed. The place was maintained clean. The ambiance has potential as well.

Drinks were fine but wasn’t happy to hear a worker say “why the hell would they order that” that’s nice to have an opinion but why did the drinks I ordered concern you. My kids felt embarrassed. Whoever was working cashier 9/4/21 around 3pm. (Person of color with blonde tips or balayage) honestly was going to ask for a refund but I really love the drinks, I don’t think I’ll return.

Cute decor but very very long lines and even longer wait to get your drink. The flavors were cute but my rose boba drink was so sweet it was really hard to drink without feeling like you're going to become diabetic on the spot. I like the trendy decor but they need to work on the actual teas and operations of the place.

Terrible service. There was hardly anyone in there and it took so long. Also the woman making the drinks was making the orders in reverse order so the people who ordered first waited the longest?
