Buddha-Bar New York - Modern Asian Restaurant

I was really looking forward to eating here but when we arrived the restaurant was closed. We tired calling but no one answered.

The restaurant is closed!!!!! And you still sell spots I drove more then 50 months ago to get there And see that it closed .

I booked with a holding fee come to find out the restaurant didn't exist anymore but still has a listing via OpenTable and there's no way of me receiving my money back from that or my pre booked parking pass from a nearby garage . I am heartbroken my date night had to be rescheduled

Restaurante was close Why r you offering reservations? If restaurant is close you should not take reservations. I spent 25 dollars in a taxi to arrive and the restaurant was closed. A guy from athe next building to us that restaurant was closed many days before. A Luck of respect.

Great bar and restaurant. Great food. Amazing music and interior. I highly recommend this place if you want good service, delicious food, amazing music and lots of fun.

Buddha-Bar New York blew me away! The atmosphere was stunning, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious

I had an unforgettable experience at Buddha-Bar New York. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the stunning décor — elegant, moody, and immersive, with that signature Buddha-Bar ambiance. It felt like stepping into a different world.

The service was top-notch. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of throughout the evening. I really appreciated how smoothly everything flowed.

The food was incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. I especially loved [insert favorite dish, e.g., “the miso black cod” or “the sushi platter”] — absolutely delicious! The cocktails were creative and balanced perfectly with the meal.

Buddha-Bar is a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or any special occasion. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back for another amazing night.

The whole meal flowed smoothly without any issues. Workers here are welcoming and never condescending. I recommend their well-seasoned cooking. The meal was superb and costs appropriate for the generous serving. Genuinely pleasing!

I’ve wanting to go here for quite a long time. And we finally got there on Mother’s Day. Surprisingly it was easy to make a reservation. And when we arrived I was shocked to see that the restaurant was practically empty.
Just few people. That was a red flag right there. Most places are packed on holidays like this.
We made our order. The worry was friendly , food arrived pretty quick.
But I didn’t enjoy it at all. It was bland . But the prices were high.
Not recommending and not coming back(((

Great food drinks, and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating for my birthday. Would recommend that lychee martini and any of their sushi.

What a horrible disappointment. The Buddha Bar looks and feels tired and passé. So dark and soulless. More importantly the food is ok. Nothing more. Not original of fun or special. But expensive! The service is the worst part of the “experience”. Clearing plates constantly and without asking if we're finished (we weren't as there was still food on the plates), not being attentive and failing to bring simple things like ice despite us asking numerous times. All in all I was so disappointed with the restaurant and especially the service. Avoid

Mauvaise expérience, rien à voir avec les autres buddha bar. La nourriture est fade et grasse et n'a pas les goûts thaï et la finesse des plats habituels du buddha bar. Nous étions à une table avec un spot dans la tête. Le service es très particulier, on sent que les serveuses veulent très rapidement partir et t'enlève les assiettes à la seconde où tu finis ton plat même si nous n'avions pas finit de manger. On commence à faire le ménage à côté de toi alors que tu es encore à table, on se sent pas accueilli du tout. C'était l'anniversaire de ma mère, on a été super déçues, et aucun geste même pas une bougie de la part du restaurant qui était au courant.

I am a first time customer and my overall experience was great. Prompt service, great ambiance, good food and drinks were top tier.

Nice place. Food and service not worth $1000 for 4 ppl. I felt it was a rip off. Felt fooled like a dumb tourist in my own city
