Just spent $30 to wait 20 minutes for an unseasoned, overcooked burger on a stale bun and a bag of plain, unseasoned, soggy fries. Nope. Never again.

Missed opportunity. The bacon egg and cheese...not much to it for over 9 bucks. If it was super tasty that'd be ok but it was surprisingly bland and served on a hamburger bun. Seems like they'd sell a million of them on a Sunday morning in NYC in a busy NYC train hall with no one else selling them (if they were good), a missed opportunity. NYC loves BECs. Just upgrade the bun and add some butter and salt and maybe better cheese. Service was good and fast.

Stopped by today, and Gerard did not disappoint! Had several colleagues visit from the Philadelphia area, and I wanted them to try the Burger Joint. All of our orders came out perfect, the food was prepared fresh, and I could not ask for better service.
Whenever I am in the mood for a burger in NYC., the Burger Joint at Moynihan Train Hall is my preferred location. Not to mention, love the music from the bar area! Cool, trendy, hot spot to dine, even if your not catching a train.

Some say that it's pricey but remember, it's NYC AND you're in the terminal (i.e. airport). That said, in my 70yrs this was the BEST burger/fries I've ever had from any to-go joint. Service was quick and the gentleman that served us was great. He even asked us how we wanted it cooked! At any fancy restaurant that have burgers on the menu, you'd probably spend just as much.

Wish I could review the food but I waited about 4 minutes to be waited on with no one head or behind me. The employee didn’t even say hi. Just held a finger up to say “1 minutes” and then never waited on me. Went to Jacob’s pickles instead and had a wonderful lunch

2.5 to me. Disappointing experience. Significantly overpriced. Much wiser choices in the hall. Assumed it would be better. Nothing special about the burger. The bun, the toppings, and burger were not competitive with other burger spots. The fries were not good. The service was below average. They could learn a lot from Shake Shack, 7th St Burger, and Smashburger.

I I just left this location & Nick was my server . I ordered a Beyond Cheeseburger & my coworker order a regular burger . When the server handed me my bag I asked if the burgers had been marked he told me they forgot to mark them however he re assured me which burger was mine of course my con worker and I departed and when I arrived home I had a regular burger with no cheese . I think that if we are going to service people we need to be more mindful of people food allergies and it cost nothing to double check now I'm home three hours away with a burger that I can't even eat . A waist of $20

Absolutely poor customer service skills. I’ve eaten at this establishment before and traveled from Brooklyn with a friend just to be met with a closed restaurant. All while advertising a closing time of 10 o’clock they were closed a half hour in advance. The employees seemed to have an attitude that I was even interested in eating from their establishment. I was rudely dismissed and told “ We are cleaning the grill tonight”. I will never be returning. sadly! Advice to management; Hire employees that are invested in the business and not just a job.
