Good food and friendly staff. The restaurant itself is in desperate need of a remodel. It’s falling apart.
They don't pay attention when taking orders, they're very absent-minded, and the place is very run-down, everything is bad.
This Burger King is top notch. Their food and specialty drinks are made amazingly, and their cookies are out of this world. I’ve tried cookies from many different Burger King’s, but they fail to stack up to the quality of the warm, delicious and sweet cookies from this establishment. The general manager Baez always goes above and beyond for customers, and he’s a great guy to know.

Burger King in Manhattan is known for its friendly and efficient staff, with the manager leading for over 20 years. The Whoppers always look like they do from the commercials, and the workers are wonderful. Located on Beaver St., this Burger King is quick, organized, and serves the Impossible Burger just as requested. Customers appreciate the attention to detail and quick service, making it a preferred choice over other locations.
However, the restaurant itself is quite run down, with overflowing trash cans and torn benches covered in Duct Tape. Seating is limited, and customers are not allowed to stay seated for more than 30 minutes—employees may even call the cops if this rule is broken. The bathrooms are locked and can only be opened by staff from the kitchen. Despite these issues, the food remains typical of Burger King, and service is still quick and polite. Overall, customers are pleased with their experience, even noting that the French Burger King is better.
