EN: I visited Burger King last week, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. A staff member named Marly or Marty (a girl with purple hair) displayed a totally unprofessional attitude. She couldn’t wait 15 seconds (yes, literally 15 seconds!) for me to get up and collect my order at the counter, even though the restaurant was empty. When I pointed out that a drink was missing from my order, she refused to give it to me, first claiming I wasn’t fast enough and then insisting she had already given it to me. Fortunately, another customer witnessed her mistake and backed me up.
On top of that, the fries, nuggets, and onion rings were carelessly thrown into the bag, leaving us to sort everything ourselves. The restaurant itself was disgustingly dirty, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

The place lacks maintenance and order. There are sits spaces taken with boxes and unused machines, right in front of the door. The sits are patched with tape.
I would give it Zero Stars if there was an option. As what was stated in other reviews the restaurant is run down. The leather seats are all ripped and taped up. They have dirty equipment and boxes on top of the tables as if it’s a storage unit .The food is horrible. If you eat BK a lot then you can obviously know the difference between a fresh Whopper and a disgusting one. Yuk!!! I just threw my food out. Also FYI, had I payed attention to the condition of this restaurant then I wouldn’t have bought food from this location. I was half asleep walking in and ordered my food. Not until I turned around to look where to sit is then when I noticed. Lastly, the manager and workers are very unprofessional and like other reviews stated speak French. We live in the USA in the NYC where the primary language is English!!!! It’s very rude to speak in front of your customers in another language. Close this place down and replace it with a better fast food chain restaurant.

We order online and we waited 10 minutes before they told us that it wasn’t ready then we waited another 5 minutes and then they just start to make our order and with an attitude .it crazy because I ask for was for a burger and 3 fries like it not that hard . Then we still are waiting for another 5 minutes while Everyone else is get there food like what crazy .bad service
