Did a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and still waiting 10 minutes when I showed on at the 20 min mark. So overall it took 30 mins to make chicken fries and fries. And when you're there none of the employees direct the line, customers were skipping and noone asked if I had a mobile order or if I was taken care of. All they were doing was mostly standing around and talking, and I'm just standing there and noone even attempted to make my food until I spoke up. Very unprofessional...read full review
Gaudy is one of the best cashier in the store. She’s very respectful and nice. Every time I come to the store she knows what I want to eat without me telling her, which shows that she cares for others.
