Burgos transports you to the Dominican Republic, not just because of the food, but by the people and the whole atmosphere. There is a steady stream of locals getting takeout from the counter. As such, table service may seem a bit slow. The food is very reasonably priced, with lunch specials around $13-$15. If you want a meal that keeps you full the whole day, try the mofongo de pollo. The tostones ($5) is a delicious side dish.

Love this place first she made my fish and shrimps on point seasone cooked fresh I thought I was in DR for a half hour the place is cute and with my ice cold one music and he vibe feels like I’m going n a island the fish is good and fresh and camarones good job guys

The food is always fresh. They treat me w love and that’s important. Also the owner is very diligent with her service and I’ve seen her waiting tables. This is why an owner is successful and the business excels. Un fuerte abrazo, la bori.
