The chef makes some classic Middle-Eastern dishes in ways that make you believe that this is the first time you've ever tasted whatever you're fortunate to have in front of you. The eggplant, charred cabbage, Israeli salad, falafel & halva dessert with vanilla ice cream were memorable highlights. We love Bustan. Always eat on back patio which is much quieter than main part of restaurant. It is not inexpensive but it is very good and also not exorbitantly priced so a nice meal in neighborhood kind of spot
