King Food Chen is a Chinese takeout spot with yummy food and excellent portions. Prices are better than most Chinese takeout spots, making it a solid choice for cheap eats in the UWS. The staff can be quick, delivering warm, correctly cooked meals. Customers find this a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant, with the perfect amount of grunge NYC is known for. The dumplings rocked, the egg rolls were delicious, and everything was so freaking good. Awesome greasy noodles and chicken wings seriously kick a hangovers butt. This is top tier Chinese food with killer prices. It's a classic NYC neighborhood Chinese takeout / delivery spot with no frills, good food, fast service, and sizeable portions. Value for money, hard to beat this place.
