Service was excellent. Atmosphere was a little dark and very cold. It has a terrible draft that cannot be helped, so dress warm. The rolls and apps were delicious. I think we ordered the wrong entrees because we did not love the Pork Chop and Short Rib. Cooked perfectly but the flavor was not what we expected. They were both too BBQ centered for us. We saw some steak entrees come out and they looked great. Might come back for those. Prices were reasonable. Once again, the staff was top notch and made up for what the flavor didn’t deliver.

Duck was lovely. Best part was the pickled red onions. Yum. Stay for the Grape sorbet and amaro. A++++ on the butter that comes with the Parker House rolls. Only seeing Alex herself would’ve made it a better night.

That said, the food isn't worth a fraction of what you'll pay for it. I've had better food at dive bars. Take my review as you will; it's your money that your spending... Bon appetit!

My wife and I visited the restaurant this past week and had a pretty unfortunate time. The service was perfectly fine and we were waited on well, but our duck entrees left us hurting for a few days. Now we have ate duck before and it has never disagreed with us (aside from flatulence), but my wife had a particularly bad reaction including severe nausea and abdominal cramping this time around. Aside from going to the bathroom, she ate very sparingly and plain the next few days. I don't normally write poor reviews (you can look at my profile), but I felt the need to here.

Visited NYC from out of town for the holiday. Made a Thanksgiving Day dinner reservation for 6:30. Every thing was amazing from the host to the service to the coat check. The meal was so delicious. The drinks were too. Staff were friendly and professional. Such a beautiful atmosphere. The menu was prixe fixe and everything we had was delicious

Our dining experience from start to finish was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and the whole evening flowed effortlessly. You can tell there's real care and pride in both the service and the food. Everything we tried was amazing, but my favorites were the Endive & Poached Asian Pear appetizer and the short rib entrée. Both were full of flavor and beautifully done. The appetizer was light and refreshing, and the short rib was rich, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth good. Overall, it was one of those meals where everything just came together perfectly. Great food, great people, and a really welcoming atmosphere will certainly bring me back soon.
