I love By the Way Bakery since I discovered it couple of years ago. Friendly staff, many choices and the guarantee that I will not get sick when I buy anything from here. I am obsessed with the coconut cake and the carrot cake.

When you happen to find a bakery specializing in gluten-free you might think you can go crazy and order anything/everything, but you might be mistaken. The brownies were passable, but the breads were hard and dense enough to attack someone with them!

We were also not told that everything is prepared (days ahead) somewhere upstate, so if you order the product is already days old.

Had an event where people were shocked we had such allergen friendly desserts while maintaining an AMAZING taste. Being gluten free ourselves, having a gluten free, nut free and dairy free cake that satisfied ALL of our guests made us feel amazing! The cake and cupcakes also looked gorgeous! We ordered out of the UWS location. Thank you.
