Terrific bagels in the classic bagel manner. Great cream cheese too. Order by phone as there is no way you can order a bagel with cream cheese and nova and get cream cheese on it. It's one of the mysteries of Tal bagels.
Feels tired. But it’s basically all we have in the neighborhood, especially with a place to sit. Thanks landlords!Not enough and overworked “Mexican”workers, so the lines can be ridiculous. Not a dedicated cashier, which would make service smoother. Tables and chairs are old, wobbly and not in a cute antique way.The bagels? They are OK. Nothing like anything one would get in Queens. I ordered an everything bagel with tofu lox cream cheese. I was charged for that but they forgot to give me the lox cream cheese and gave me just plain tofu cream cheese. Bagel was still good but I'm upset I paid almost $10 for that. By the time I noticed I was too far away to go back.
